Local Roots & Established Community Presence; I grew up in Nelson and am a family business partner in Hill Top Berry Farm & Winery of Nellysford. Educational Background & Corporate Work Experience; equipped with a BS and MS from Virginia Tech, and previously serving as Executive Director of the Virginia Soybean Association, and as an Operations Manager and Recruiter at a Fortune 500 Company, Capital One Financial, I learned negotiation tactics and the art of “closing a deal” which are fundamental in managing a real estate transaction from beginning to end. These key skills enable me to guide your real estate transaction…be it an agricultural property, personal residence, vacation home, or an investment property. In the end, we all want the “best representation” so that we get nothing short of the “best deal”.
